The FMCG Legacy Challenge
Tejas Masala is a legacy brand representing authentic Vidarbha spices. To scale beyond local stores, they needed to launch a national digital storefront. In addition, they wanted a portal to empower women across rural Vidarbha to join as distribution partners, requiring a robust dual-purpose consumer e-commerce catalog and partner registration portal.
Our Technical Solution
We engineered a premium e-commerce catalog utilizing Next.js, incorporating regional Vidarbha aesthetics, HSL color tokens, and smooth Framer Motion animations to tell the spice brand story. We developed a custom dynamic partner portal database allowing regional distribution applicants to upload verification files and trace their partner approvals in real-time.
We built optimized static catalog pages pre-rendered with custom schema tags to ensure the site ranks organically for spices terms across Maharashtra, optimizing all images into ultra-lightweight WebP format.
