The E-commerce Challenge
Kiah Silver wanted to transition their offline silver retail legacy to a national Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce storefront. The principal challenge was building a highly responsive, mobile-first product filtering setup that allowed shoppers to seamlessly explore silver nose pins, rings, and anklets without page refreshes, paired with a secure checkout flow optimized to reduce cart abandonment.
Our Technical Solution
We designed a high-conversion React-based storefront integrated seamlessly with a robust headless Node.js commerce service. We built custom filter modules that process product metadata instantly on the client side, allowing buyers to narrow options in real-time. We integrated Razorpay and automated GST invoicing scripts to ensure a smooth, secure local Indian payment collection flow.
To boost conversions from their social media ads, we embedded the Meta Conversions API (CAPI) on the server side, mapping customer actions directly to their marketing accounts and bypassing standard browser-based ad blocking scripts.
