Nagpur residents frequently struggled to discover verified diagnostic centers, compare MRI/blood test packages, and book instant local appointments. Diagnostic centers lacked a high-performance system to manage digital bookings, manage automated slots, and securely deliver digital pathology reports to patients.
Our Architecture & Solution
We engineered a highly robust, cross-platform HealthTech ecosystem featuring a React Native mobile application for patients and a clean, responsive admin dashboard for diagnostic centers built with React. The backend was powered by Node.js, Express, and Firebase Firestore for real-time slot synchronization.
We integrated geolocational search capabilities using Google Maps API, enabling users to find clinics near their location in Nagpur. Furthermore, we integrated secure SMS OTP gateways for swift customer sign-ups and automated WhatsApp slot confirmations to minimize clinic no-shows.
